Colored Caramel olarak, dijital ve fiziksel ürünlerimizle sana harika bir boyama deneyimi sunmaya kararlıyız. Lütfen satın aldığın ürün türüne göre aşağıdaki iade ve geri ödeme politikamızı incele.
🖥️ Dijital Ürünler (Web Sitemizden Satın Alınanlar)
Colored Caramel web sitesi üzerinden satılan tüm dijital boyama kitapları ve indirilebilir dosyalar iade edilemez.
Anında dijital teslimatın doğası gereği, dijital ürünler için iade kabul etmiyor veya geri ödeme yapmıyoruz. Dosyalar teslim edildikten sonra işlem tamamlanmış sayılır.

Lütfen satın almadan önce ürün açıklamalarını dikkatlice oku. Herhangi bir sorun varsa, sipariş vermeden önce bizimle iletişime geçmekten çekinme.
📦 Fiziksel Ürünler (Amazon Üzerinden Satın Alınanlar)
Fiziksel boyama kitaplarımız (ciltsiz baskılar gibi) Amazon üzerinden satılmaktadır ve her türlü iade veya geri ödeme Amazon’un politikalarına tabidir.
Amazon genellikle şunlara izin verir:

Teslimattan sonraki 30 gün içinde iade

Amazon hesabın üzerinden işlenen geri ödemeler

Ön ödemeli iade kargo etiketleri (uygun olduğunda)
Fiziksel bir ürünü iade etmek için lütfen Amazon sipariş geçmişine git ve oradaki talimatları izle.

This page explains how to delete your Colored Caramel account and the data attached to it. There are two ways to do it — pick whichever suits you.
1. Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest route, and it takes effect straight away.
- Open the Colored Caramel app.
- Go to Settings › Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
2. Ask us to delete it
If you have already uninstalled the app, or you would rather we did it for you, fill in the form below. Please use the email address your account was registered with, so we can be sure the request comes from you.
We complete requests within 30 days and email you to confirm. If the form does not load, open it directly here, or email support@coloredcaramel.com from the address on your account.
First, cancel your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel it — subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they have to be cancelled in your store account. On iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions. Otherwise it will keep renewing.
