Di Colored Caramel, kami berkomitmen untuk memberikan pengalaman mewarnai yang menyenangkan melalui produk digital dan fisik kami. Silakan baca kebijakan pengembalian dan dana kami di bawah ini, berdasarkan jenis produk yang kamu beli.

🖥️ Produk Digital (Dibeli di Website Kami)

Semua buku mewarnai digital dan file unduhan yang dijual melalui website Colored Caramel tidak dapat di-refund.

Karena sifat pengiriman digital yang instan, kami tidak menerima pengembalian atau memberikan refund untuk produk digital. Setelah file dikirim, pembelian dianggap final.

❗ Penting:
Harap baca deskripsi produk dengan saksama sebelum melakukan pembelian. Kalau kamu punya pertanyaan, jangan ragu untuk menghubungi kami sebelum membuat pesanan.

📦 Produk Fisik (Dibeli via Amazon)

Buku mewarnai fisik kami (seperti edisi cetak) dijual melalui Amazon, dan segala pengembalian atau refund tunduk pada kebijakan Amazon.

Amazon umumnya mengizinkan:

Pengembalian dalam waktu 30 hari setelah pengiriman
Refund diproses melalui akun Amazon kamu
Label pengiriman retur prabayar (jika memenuhi syarat)

Untuk mengembalikan produk fisik, silakan buka riwayat pesanan Amazon kamu dan ikuti instruksi mereka.

This page explains how to delete your Colored Caramel account and the data attached to it. There are two ways to do it — pick whichever suits you.

1. Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest route, and it takes effect straight away.

Open the Colored Caramel app.
Go to Settings › Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

2. Ask us to delete it

If you have already uninstalled the app, or you would rather we did it for you, fill in the form below. Please use the email address your account was registered with, so we can be sure the request comes from you.

We complete requests within 30 days and email you to confirm. If the form does not load, open it directly here, or email support@coloredcaramel.com from the address on your account.

First, cancel your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel it — subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they have to be cancelled in your store account. On iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions. Otherwise it will keep renewing.
