At Colored Caramel, we’re committed to providing a delightful coloring experience through our digital and physical products. Please review our returns and refund policy below, based on the type of product you purchased.
🖥️ Digital Products (Purchased on Our Website)
All digital coloring books and downloadable files sold through the Colored Caramel website are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for digital products. Once the files have been delivered, they are considered final.

📦 Physical Products (Purchased via Amazon)
Our physical coloring books (such as paperback editions) are sold through Amazon, and any return or refund is subject to Amazon’s policies.
Amazon generally allows:

Refunds processed via your Amazon account

Prepaid return shipping labels (when eligible)
To return a physical product, please go to your Amazon order history and follow their instructions.

This page explains how to delete your Colored Caramel account and the data attached to it. There are two ways to do it — pick whichever suits you.
1. Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest route, and it takes effect straight away.
- Open the Colored Caramel app.
- Go to Settings › Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
2. Ask us to delete it
If you have already uninstalled the app, or you would rather we did it for you, fill in the form below. Please use the email address your account was registered with, so we can be sure the request comes from you.
We complete requests within 30 days and email you to confirm. If the form does not load, open it directly here, or email support@coloredcaramel.com from the address on your account.
First, cancel your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel it — subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they have to be cancelled in your store account. On iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions. Otherwise it will keep renewing.
